The Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) has officially issued the ITBP Admit Card 2025 for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) for various positions. ITBP PST Details: Physical Standard Test:

The Physical Standard Test (PST) evaluates candidates based on physical parameters such as height, chest (for males), and weight. Candidates who do not satisfy the prescribed standards shall be disqualified.


PST Physical Standards:

• Height measurements are based on category and region.
• Male chest measurements require a minimum extension of 5 cm.
• Weight must be appropriate to height and age, as per medical guidelines.

Must be proportionate to height and age, according to medical guidelines.

ITBP PET Details: (Physical Efficiency Test)

The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) is a qualifying test that must be passed before proceeding to the next step.


For male candidates:

• Race: 1.6 kilometers in 7.5 minutes.
• Long Jump: 11 feet (3 attempts)
• High Jump: 3.5 feet (3 attempts)

For female candidates.

• Race: 800 metres in 4.5 minutes.
• Long Jump: 9 feet (3 attempts)
• High Jump: 3 feet (3 attempts)

Exemptions

• Ex-servicemen are excused from the PET, but must appear for the PST.

Steps to Download ITBP Admit Card 2025

Follow these simple steps to download your admission card:

1. Visit the official website, recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in.
2. On the home page, navigate to the "Login" area.
3. Enter your login information (email and password).
4. Navigate to the "My Application" area.
5. Click the "Admit Card" link next to your application.
6. If your admit card has been released, the link will show in green.
7. Save and print your admission card for future reference. 

Important Directions for PET/PST:

1. Bring your admission card and a valid photo ID to the exam center.
2. Dress appropriately for the physical tests.
3. To avoid disqualification, ensure that you meet all physical standards prior to your appearance.
