With five (05) years of service in the grade rendered on a regular basis in posts
Possessing the educational qualification and experience specified as follows:

Educational Qualification:

A Master's Degree in Computer Applications or a Master of Science (Computer Science or Information Technology) from a recognized university or institute; or a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Technology, Computer Science and Engineering, or Information Technology) from a recognized university or institute.

Eight years of post-qualification experience in one or more of the following areas: database management, operating systems, network systems, programming, or information systems in a government office, including experience in a public sector undertaking, autonomous body, statutory body, or recognized institution.

A degree in computer applications or computer science, or a degree in electronics or electronic and communication engineering from a reputable university.

Eight years of expertise in electronic data processing, with at least one year of practical programming.
